Landscaping Case Study | Mr & Mrs P. Shotesham, Norfolk.
The customer wanted the York stone crazy paving cleaned and re-laid in the same pattern. To do this we took plenty of pictures, so we could refer back to them and ensure we adhered to the original pattern design on both the patio and steps.
First off we lifted the York stone crazy paving by using breaker guns, being careful not to damage any of the stone. The stone was then packed into crates and taken from site for cleaning using a sand blasting process, which proved to be very effective.
Once we had the York stone back on site we were able to make a start on relaying a wet mortar bed with white cement and hand pointed joints.
The area coverage is 200m² including the patio, steps and surroundings of a swimming pool.
We are still in the process of carrying out this landscaping project, but it is on-schedule and should be complete for the summer.
