Stepping into spring.

With 2025 well under way and spring approaching rapidly, we here at Simons Landscaping have been busy transforming both residential and commercial properties to turn them into not just practical spaces but also attractive spaces. Below are a few examples of what we have carried out so far this year.

We thought we would start you off with a rear garden that was transformed from a builders site garden to new family friendly area with a new porcelain patio, lawn and fencing in Norwich, Norfolk for them to enjoy for years to come.

We took an old worn out driveway in Norwich and reconstructed it into a fantastic, low maintenance driveway by digging off the old surface, adding new drainage with new edgings. A new red step built and laid and a new sub base was set down with a smart looking hot tar and shingle surface to finish.

We’ve created  two terrace patio areas using Raj green Indian sand stone and prestige arterial artificial lawn in Norwich giving a fantastic low maintenance entertaining area.

The client had a 16 year old decking area in Norwich, which was starting to rot.

We have dismantled and cleared all wood from site, then built like for like using treated joists and new decking planks giving the new decking area a smart clean finish ready to be enjoyed.

New tarmac driveway installed in Norwich, this included a full dig out, new sub base and new drainage with a new SMA surface course. Giving this house a clean and tidy finish.

A local school needed new sleeper beds and seating areas. We rebuilt them using treated softwood sleepers.

These works were all carried out in half term holidays ready for the children to sit on when they returned.

Here in Cromer we have installed a beautiful Indian sand stone patio using our new colour, the old patio was faded and worn, holding water and not dimensional to the property.

We’ve carried 100m2 install within 6 days and the customers are thrilled.

A new tarmac driveway installation in Norfolk, with the old layer removed and new edgings laid. A new stone mastic surface with silver fleck rolled in making a stunning transformation and beautiful kerb appeal.
