Moving to the next stage a brick weaved pathway has been laid the full length of the barn with a split in materials and step leading to the front door entrance using granite sets which blend well with the flint gabions.

To finish off the grande’ project we have prepared the yard area by laying additional granite sets along the boarders and buildings, laid 100mm approx. of tarmac through our tarmac laying machine to form a strong durable base throughout. The surface was left for 3 days for the oils to wash off before the next surfacing phase.
Finally we finished with surface dressing of hot K170 tar dressed at 2 lt per m2 with 6mm golden shingle dressed with a rubber roller to firmly bed the stone to the tar.
Job completed making a massive change in appearance!
