Complete renovation at Brooke

We were called to look at a big project job in Brooke. Our client was in need of a complete overhaul of their driveway and garden area. We came out to evaluate the project and we worked with our client to come up with a design that suited them.

We started by removing the old patio area, in which we cleared from site. Next we laid a new hardcore foundation and drainage for the new patio area. Once completed we then laid the new Raj green patio area. Then we reformed the current soil and added additional landscaping soil ready for turfing. We then installed a sleeper edged play area with play bark. Using more sleepers we created steps to split the level of the lawn and patio. Once this had been finished we laid the new lawn turf to complete the garden area. Finally to finish of the patio area we laid Costwold stone with charcoal block edging.

After completing the works at the rear of the property, we started working on the driveway. This started by removing the current driveway and removing from site. After removing the old driveway from site, we installed new drainage and soak away in preparation for the new driveway. Once finished we laid the hot tar and shingle driveway with charcoal block edging. To complete the new look of the project we installed picket fencing and new gates. The main entrance gate was electric powered and a manual pedestrian gate. Finally the final piece of work was to lay the a pathway to the door. This was done with Raj green indian sandstone and charcoal block edging to match the patio area.

With the job completed the customer was very impressed with the standard of works. This project shows how much of of an impact a transformed garden area can have on a property.
